Through empathetic listening and compassionate guidance, I help clients identify and dismantle negative beliefs and behaviours rooted in constrictive societal standards.

Guided by Polyvagal Theory and Somatic practices combined with more traditional therapeutic modalities as well as my own empirical research, I empower clients to cultivate a positive body or self image, fostering self-compassion and confidence. I encourage them to embrace their uniqueness and celebrate their bodies' strengths and capabilities, irrespective of size, shape, appearance, or desires. Promoting holistic well-being, I emphasize the importance of nurturing your mental, emotional, and spiritual self.

As a Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Consultant, my role is multifaceted, aimed at fostering inclusivity and representation across various platforms and industries. I collaborate with fashion designers, businesses, organizations, media outlets, private healthcare companies, educational institutions, and more to promote diverse narratives, challenging narrow beauty standards and advocating for authenticity and acceptance.

I provide tailored guidance and strategies to help clients implement inclusive practices, whether it's in advertising, product design, or workplace policies. By offering workshops, training sessions, and educational resources, I empower stakeholders to embrace diversity and celebrate people of all shapes, sizes, and identities.

My expertise also extends to community outreach and advocacy efforts, as well as burn-out recovery programs, where I work to dismantle systemic biases and promote positive change through a somatic and trauma-informed lens. Through partnerships with influencers, activists, and grassroots organizations, I amplify marginalized voices and create spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and represented.

I curate stylish and inclusive outfit options that reflect their individuality, taking into account current trends, personal style, favorite colors, schedule, and fabrics. I spend hours scrolling online finding the best new size-inclusive fashion brands to give you the best curation of looks possible. By providing full outfits and accessorizing ideas through edited images made just for the client, I help them navigate the world of plus size fashion with ease, ensuring they feel comfortable and empowered in every ensemble.

My role extends beyond just clothing selection; I also serve as a supportive mentor, offering encouragement and reassurance as clients explore and redefine their fashion identity and personal style. I inspire creativity and self-expression, fostering a positive relationship between clients and their wardrobes that they never thought possible.
